Jesse has extensive experience in litigation defense including defending healthcare professionals and long-term care facilities, as well as defending personal injury, products liability, and premises liability cases. Prior to joining Dzenitis Newman, Jesse was a member of the medical malpractice and long-term care defense groups at a national law firm in Louisville, KY. Jesse joined Dzenitis Newman to focus his practice on continuing to protect those that serve our community as medical care providers.
Jesse grew up in Emmalena, a small-town in Knott County, Kentucky. A graduate of Morehead State University, Jesse received his law degree from the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville in 2019. He received the CALI Book Award for the highest grade in Arbitration Practice and Procedure. Jesse was a member of the University of Louisville’s Arbitration team, where his team finished as regional runners-up in 2018.
