Harley C. Piercy is a passionate lawyer hailing from Monticello, Kentucky. She received her law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University and prior to that, she completed her bachelor’s degree in History and Legal Studies at Western Kentucky University.

During her academic journey, Harley developed a deep understanding of legal principles and their historical context, which sparked her interest in advocating for justice and equality. This passion led her to pursue opportunities that allowed her to make a meaningful impact on society.

As a law clerk, Harley had the privilege of working for an LGBTQ-based nonprofit organization in Ohio, where she played a pivotal role in drafting state and local policies. This experience not only provided her with invaluable insight into the legal intricacies surrounding LGBTQ rights but also instilled in her a strong commitment to fighting for equal rights and social justice.

As a member of the Young Lawyer’s Division, Harley aspires to be a catalyst for positive change, fighting for justice, equality, and the protection of fundamental rights for all individuals, regardless of their background or identity.
