November 15th and 16th Kentucky Society for Healthcare Risk Management held their KSHRM Advanced Risk Management Conference and Annual Meeting in Louisville, Kentucky.
The two day conference was packed full with an extensive agenda. Some of the topics discussed were regulatory considerations in the OIG survey process, updates related to the most recent law rulings, areas of risk and patient safety concerns in the field of Obstetrics, and the Opioid crisis in Kentucky.
We listened to many speakers such as, Paula Fowler, KSHRM President and met with other sponsors from the surrounding Kentucky areas.
