Harley C. Piercy is originally from Monticello, Kentucky. She earned her law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University and holds a bachelor’s degree in History and Legal Studies from Western Kentucky University.
Harley joined the firm in 2022 and has been a licensed attorney in Kentucky since 2023. As an associate, she works primarily on long-term care and medical malpractice litigation, assisting with all aspects of case development and litigation strategy.
During law school, Harley gained experience in public policy while clerking for an LGBTQ-focused nonprofit organization, where she contributed to the development of local and state-level initiatives. She is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division.
