Christopher M. Piekarski

Chris has dedicated the majority of his more than a decade-long career to representing, doctors, hospitals, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare providers in personal injury, licensure and regulatory matters. His background also includes experience in premises liability defense, product liability defense, and contract matters. Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, Chris graduated from Western Illinois University cum laude with a B.S. in Law Enforcement and Justice Administration. In 2001, Chris moved to Louisville, Kentucky to attend the University of Louisville’s Brandeis School of Law; graduating in 2004 with cum laude honors. His career as an attorney has stretched across small, medium, and large sized firms, where his passion has been, and continues to remain, the representation of healthcare professionals. Chris’s practice includes being licensed in Kentucky, Ohio, and Florida; having actively represented clients both in and out of court in each state. For his efforts, Chris was named to the Kentucky Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers for 2013-2014 for Medical Malpractice defense.
